Rotary GIANT Book Sale
Friday, 2nd March 10AM - 8.30PM
Saturday, 3rd March 9AM - 6PM
Sunday, 4th March 9AM - 2PM
Throughout the year thousands of new and pre-loved books are continually being collected by Rotary Volunteers from depots, garage sales, donations, closing down sales and the general public.
They are then individually sorted, categorised, boxed, labelled, palletised and stored until the event. The Rotary Club's aim is to sell every single book over just three massive days at the Panthers Auditorium in Port Macquarie.
Commencing on the Friday and finishing on Sunday afternoon 50-60 volunteers will transport, unpack, sort, bag and sell 1000s of books. 100% of the money raised from this event goes back into the community in the form of donations to assist other worthwhile organisations, improving community facilities and services, raising awareness of health and wellbeing and improving the lives of people in our communities
