Guests will be treated to four courses - each consisting of a Stockade Brew Co beer and a paired tasting plate – similar to a degustation dinner.
The brews that will be featured on the day include:
1. Ol’ Smokey Rauchbier – Barrel aged for 2.5 years in Lark Oak barrels (12.6%)
2. The Mountie – Maple syrup Imperial Stout (GABS 2017 people choice winner) (12%)
3. Old Money – Imperial stout barrel aged in Woodford Reserve oak barrels (13%)
4. Ultra-Limited Release - Russian Imperial Stout aged for 8 months in Sullivan’s Cove French Oak Whisky barrel. (12%+)
The final course will also include a half nip of Sullivans Cove Whisky from the same barrel that our featured Brewhouse beer was aged in. We will also have representatives from Stockade Brew Co onsite to take you through each course and discuss tasting notes.
