Last time vocalist/pianist Melissa performed at the BJC she brought tropical cyclone Marcia with her. This year she’s praying for clear skies so she can perform for Brisbane jazz lovers without the threat of imminent destruction! Joined by BJC favourites Helen Russell – double bass, Bruce Woodward- guitar and Paul Hudson – drums, Melissa’s signature soul-infused jazz promises to captivate the audience, come rain or come shine!
