Since his debut on raster-noton, Kangding Ray has continuously transformed his sound, led by a rare attention to sonic architecture and an avant-gardist attitude. Pointillistic serial loops and disintegrated melodic textures morph into abrasive rave anthems, broken club rhythms are refitted into uneven patterns.
