The club will be holding a general meeting on Thursday 17 March. Category meetings will take place from 6.00pm, with the general meeting to follow at 6.30pm.

All members and other interested parties are welcome to attend. Only persons with valid Life or Individual membership (including the two Individual memberships granted under a Family membership) shall have the right to vote on any motions.

An agenda for this meeting and minutes of the previous general meeting shall be distributed within the next week.

One item to be discussed is the NAMSC support race category at the Supercars Darwin round for 2016. Anyone interested in entering their vehicle at this event should let their category delegate know so that the club may assess numbers to aid planning.

The club is also seeking expressions of interest from persons to aid Wayne Oliver in the coordination of officials and volunteers for our events. The Officials Coordinator roles involve allocating officials to roles for events, creating social events to encourage and thank volunteers, and liaising with CAMS to arrange further training of officials. This is a fun and rewarding role, and one which is essential to the ongoing improvement of the club. If you are interested, please email [email protected] or let us know at the general meeting.
