Giuliano Rascan, was born and raised in Coquitlam. His father, Will Rascan of heavy-metal band Sacred Blade, introduced his son to music at a very young age. Soon after Rascan developed a strong interest in heavy-metal bands such as Metallica and Rammstein which let to playing the drums at the age of 13. Rascan found a way to transition his interest in heavy-metal music into producing Dubstep from 2010-2014. In 2014, he released his first single,“RADIANT”, on Steve Aoki’s label, Dim Mak Records. Recently Rascan signed a 2 single & 4 track EP deal with Universal Music Group/FMLY Records. His first single, “DESIRES ft. JayJacob” showcases a new direction of sound by fusing together Future and Deep House. Rascan is currently working on his forthcoming EP. Rascan has performed alongside Zeds Dead, Zomboy, Mt Eden, DVBBS, Excision, Datsik and many other well known artists. He is currently performing every month as a SET Saturdays resident at The Donnelly Group's Republic Nightclub - next performance goes down Saturday May 23rd, 2015.
