Women and men welcome!

You are welcome to learn Karate at our Dojo. Come as you are. All you need is casual sportswear and a towel, if you want to take a shower after training. The course will take 4 months of constant training. We meet every Friday from 16:30 to 18:00 (on time!) in our modern training center in Münster-Mauritz. The course is FOR FREE and open for every refugee - women and men - from the age of at least 14 years.
Karate is driven by reciprocal respect and attentive interaction with each other. Therefore, women and men practice Karate together naturally. The number of participants is limited to 25, but the course will be open for new participants during the first few weeks. If we have the capacity to include you, we will.

We speak English and German. If needed, other languages can be translated. You find us here:
