Thriller is an punk club for punk kids, but we’re not a bunch of purist wankers who can’t enjoy a little bit of ghetto persuasion. This week we’re embracing our inner urban rap-god and busting out the biggest Block Party this side of Williamsburg.

We’re getting the ingredients together to make this block party something else, but you’ll need to help us out. For starters, wear a basketball jersey - that’ll get in you in cheaper. You can also bust out a do-rag and some Nelly bandaids, it’s a party just do it or you’ll feel like a dickhead.

We’ll be sorting out games of dice in the booths and you might even score a voucher to get #swagged out at Culture Kings! In the Party Room we’ll have a free throw contest going down with prizes for anyone who can impress us. There will be live art demos, Purple Drank will be available from the bar and you better believe the screens will be light up with Will Smith’s beautiful face all night long.

Playing live we’ve got a treat for the ears. ANCHORS will be upping the punx along with our mates in NO TRUST and ARMY OF CHAMPIONS! Opening up the night we have Brisbane heartthrob and m8 to all, ASH MCINTRYE!

The Thriller Centrelink Friendly drink specials will be lubing up the night and as always the Thriller DJs will be on hand to push the party into the red, and will be under strict orders to play a shit ton of Dre. Party room will be party/hip hop all night and after bands in Coniston we have punk/party til you can’t dance no mo.
