Trivia bit: did you know that A GUY CALLED GERALD was in the original formation of 808 State? If any European electronic dance music artist could claim to be on the pulse of the moment from the get go, it is of course A GUY CALLED GERALD. In the fiery pit of the “Madchester” late 80s acid house madness, he was already beginning to produce the first of his many legendary tracks. ‘Voodoo Ray’ was first played at the infamous Hacienda and later exploded to number 12 on the UK music charts, becoming the best-selling independently released single of 1989. Moving through the decades with innovative style changes and collaborations with the gods of the genre, he called Berlin his home in 2004. A historic figure with a biography too long to cite, since 2009 GERALD continues to release exclusives and previously unreleased back catalogue via his web-based labels A GUY CALLED GERALD Records, Sugoi and Protechshon on his website, as well as production work on BOSCONI. FABIO DELLA TORRE alias Corcos is the founder of BOSCONI RECORDS and part of the project Minimono together with Ennio Colaci. His surgical and spot-on mixing skills allow him to embark in versatile journeys, ranging from deep house to raw techno-funk and more quirky and minimal dance cuts. His last records on BOSCONI as Corcos have been remixed by Scott Grooves and Gari Romalis, and this March we can expect the return of Minimono with an EP, as well as a VA 12″ on Concrete Paris coming out in March, feat. a track by Corcos. NICK ANTHONY SIMONCINO is an Italian producer, Deejay and collector of vinyl for over eleven years and boasts a collection of over 10.000 vinyl records, mainly Chicago House, Techno Detroit and Garage 80’s. Inspired by the sound of vintage synths and drum machines, he started to utilize them in his productions, debuting on Mathematics Records in 2009. RUFUS is to date one of the most forward-thinking and innovative DJs to emerge from the Italian electronic music scene. His restless research into both old school and the freshest forms of dance music have inspired many Italian artists gravitating around the BOSCONI Records circuit and the Florence scene. Also affiliated with the Nightdrivers label, his DJ sets focus on open-minded positive music, funky vibes, downbeat, garage-house deep and jackin house.

In the Tresor Floor basement, JOEY BELTRAM knows our turntables like the back of his hand. Standing behind our decks in the earliest incarnation of the club, he played his now legendary tracks to wide-eyed ravers and clubbers that had never heard such incredible sounds before. Joining the Tresor Records family, JOEY BELTRAM released album after album of gorgeous and timeless electronica, and continues to give us club sets that seem like heaven on earth. Simpy put: a techno master at work. Joining Joey is Madrid’s most underground and now Berlin-based DJane DINAMITE, known for her dark and forceful beats with retro touch, where she combines styles, dynamic and groove into her own blend of electro-techno in the mix; plus our longtime techno resident TAG who bites the decks with a techno dancefloor crunch.
