For the fifth straight year, Hard Rock continues its commitment to aspiring musicians by holding a worldwide search for talented bands to showcase on its international stage. Hard Rock Rising, the world’s most far-reaching battle of the bands competition gives local groups a shot at stardom with an all-expenses paid trip to Barcelona, Spain to compete for the chance to perform at the first-ever Hard Rock Rising Barcelona music festival this summer!

On Thursday, April 2 Hard Rock Hotel San Diego welcomes local semi-finalists Vudu Fly, Gone Baby Gone & Falling Doves to compete inside 207 for their chance to advance to the local finals set to take place on Thursday, May 7, 2015.

Come cheer on your favorite local musicians as they battle it out for the opportunity of a life time!

Gone Baby Gone
Gone Baby Gone- a female fronted indie rock band who's main focus is to have fun while captivating audiences with good old fashion catchy, dancey rock & roll riffs and soulful melodic vocals....no egos, gimmicks- just MUSIC. The way it should be. Dizzy says they plan to show the world that San Diego is not just another watered down bubblegum commercial beach town but that there is quite a diverse modern retro rock scene erupting.
