"Borell 1", so hat Johnny Borell ganz pragmatisch sein erstes Soloalbum betitelt. Dieses hat am 22. Juli diesen Jahres das Licht der Plattenwelt erblickt und es ist das insgesamt schon fünfte Studiolabum für den eigentlichen Frontman von Razorlight.

Johnny selbst sagt über sein Debüt: “The music just came very naturally. It's an album that was born in the spirit of a party, and the arrangements for the songs come from that atmosphere.”
