Utilizing TRX suspension training straps as well as your own body weight and many other favorites like kettlebells, medicine balls, battle ropes, etc, this Bootcamp will get your heart pumping and your sweat dripping in a challenging, yet fun and encouraging atmosphere. Five person max class size encourages more individual/instructor interaction.
