Get your burning questions answered, it's #AskaCurator Day:
More than 700 museums, galleries, theatres, and more across the globe are taking to Twitter to answer your queries about, well, anything. What is it that you always wanted to know about museums? You are one tweet away from having all your questions answered.
This year, among the experts of the Basel Historical Museum participating are:
Rebecca Häusel: Co-Curator of the travelling exhibition “Football – Faith. Love. Hope” an interactive, multimedia exhibition about legendary footballers, epic games and the intensity of feeling that football evokes.
Marcel Henry: Curator of ERASMUS MMXVI an exhibition of the humanist Erasmus of Rotterdam (around 1466/69–1536) and his pioneering ideas. Part of the exhibition will feature an extended integration of Augmented Reality.
Carmen Simon: eCulture in educations and curator of the 2016 exhibition about Genevan watches. Being the project leader of the Basel #Tweevenings – our local tweetups – Carmen sure knows how to combine on- and offline.
Daniele Turini: Head of eCulture at the Basel Historical Museum. Author of the HMB Digital Strategy 2015-17 and currently engaged in different digital projects including a serious game as well as a responsive website.
Address us using @HistMuseumBS and get your questions answered by one of our four experts. We’re looking forward to engage – see you online!
