2011 X-Factor Finalists Sex and Chocolate are a singing sensation that originated in New Zealand. They are most well known for their Motown Themed Shows featuring music from 'The Four Tops,' 'Jackson 5,' Smokey Robinson,' and their personal favourite 'The Temptations.'
Sex and Chocolate developed a firm foundation in entertaining while performing on the ‘Island Queen Show Boats’ in the 90′s. They then progressed to performing at the ‘Indy 500 Ball’, for five consecutive years. Sex & Chocolate sang the national anthem for the All Blacks on two occasions, performed for and met HRH Princess Anne at the New Zealand Royal Gala, performed for the televised Channel 9 Gold Coast Telethon and many more high profile events.
Sex and Chocolate have entertained throughout Australia and internationally – entertaining intimate crowds to some of the biggest companies and events in the world. They were voted number one entertainers on the Gold Coast by the 'Gold Coast Bulletin' in 2000 and 2001. They have shared the stage with many celebrities, including Jon Stevens, Mark Williams, David Reyne, Vince Sorrenti, Jimeoin, Ian Skippen, John Burgess, Sophie Failkner, David Campbell, Christine Anu, Larry Emdur, Sarina Russo, Mental as Anything, Ricki Lee Coulter, Normie Rowe, The Drifters, Rob Mills and many more.
