Our local lad Philip George, grabbed the attention of the whole Nation when “Wish You Were Mine” spent 4 weeks in the UK top 5, three of those at Number 2 earlier this year. It went Silver, was the UK’s most Shazam-ed track for a monster seven weeks, and has so far racked up a whopping 41million views on YouTube! He soon followed this up with another hit "Alone No More" featuring Anton powers, which reached number 4 in the UK charts.
This year he's toured all over the world, but we're excited to welcome him back to his hometown, for a special 3 hour set in Room 1 on Boxing Day.
