The outspoken host of the most prestigious event in Australian politics, The Midwinter Ball at Parliament House, Effie has taken her streetwise woggy bogan mouth and stuck it to two PMs, John Howard and Kevin Rudd, forgettable Opposition leaders and uppity members of the National press gallery. Let's just say it wasn't pretty.
