Über:

Marlon Hoffstadt is a 20 year old DJ and producer based in Berlin who started his career at the age of 17, producing his first EP whilst studying for his A Levels.

His debut EP ‘You And A Lovestoned Ghost’ was released by Germany’s Evamore Music. Subsequent releases have featured collaborations with David Keno, HRRSN and Cleov, and have been released by labels including BBE, K7 Records and Off Recordings. Hoffstadt also created an exclusive 'You Need To Hear This' mixtape for Noisey.

In his short career, the young Berliner has managed to achieve remarkable success and has released on numerous notable labels including Stil Vor Talent, OFF Recordings, Play It Down, Keno Records, Suol Music, Light My Fire, Evamore, as well as his own imprint WellDone! Music. He has DJ'd across the world too, having already played in Columbia, Miami, Moscow, Australia, UK, France, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands and Poland to name a few.

His most groundbreaking track to date is undoubtedly 'Shake That' with Dansson. 'Shake That' was one of the top 5 most shazamed track in Ibiza last summer and was originally signed by respected DJ, Jesse Rose to his label 'Play It Down'. Now picked up by the resurgent FFRR, the label is set to bring the magic of ‘Shake That’ to the UK, set for release on the 23rd March, listen here: http://bit.ly/PsKCeR

Support is coming in from all angles for this young producer, having already being dubbed as a ‘Future Star’ by BBC Radio 1’s Pete Tong, as well as receiving support from daytime to nighttime Radio 1 DJ’s including BBC breakfast’s Nick Grimshaw and Friday night’s Annie Mac.

Marlon has big plans for 2014, including a heavy touring schedule, a forthcoming new EP, a collaboration with good friend HRRSN and remixes due out on Peppermint Jam, Greco Roman, Universal, Sony (Relentless) and Warner Music.
